The Iranian Tasnim News Agency reported, citing a military source, that the United States targeted two civilian boats carrying goods in the Strait of Hormuz, rather than fast boats belonging to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
According to the Iranian claims, five people were killed in the strikes.
