Netanyahu dons tefillin of lone soldier who fell in Operation Protective Edge

On Memorial Day morning, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu donned the tefillin that belonged to IDF Golani Brigade soldier First Sgt. Sean Carmeli, who fell in Operation Protective Edge.
