Police arrest 10 following brawl at Teddy Stadium, officer injured

Police arrested 10 suspects following riots and disturbances at the end of the match between Beitar Jerusalem and Maccabi Haifa at Teddy Stadium in Jerusalem.

During the riots, a police officer was injured in the head and required medical treatment.
