The Lebanese Army claimed that Israel violated the ceasefire that went into effect at midnight, and reported intermittent shelling in several villages in the south of the country.
In its statement, the Lebanese Army called on citizens to avoid returning to the southern settlements at this stage. No response has yet been received from the IDF.
