Report: Iran expected to receive up to $1 bil. from oil sales thanks to US sanctions waiver

The Washington Post reports that Iran is expected to receive up to $1 billion in revenue from oil sales-income that, according to the report, would not have been possible without a US sanctions waiver granted during the war.

The waiver, which was issued for a one-month period, is set to expire on Sunday, as countries in Asia are pressuring the administration of Donald Trump to renew it.
