A spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran said that the talks with the United States were conducted in an atmosphere of mistrust, and therefore, according to him, an agreement could not have been expected in a single meeting.
He added that discussions between Iran and Pakistan, as well as with “our other friends in the region," will continue going forward.
