Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar has decided that Spain will not be able to participate in the Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC) in Kiryat Gat, which was established as part of US President Donald Trump's peace plan for the Gaza Strip.
According to the Foreign Ministry, the decision stems from “the anti-Israel obsession of the Spanish government led by Pedro Sánchez and a serious harm to Israel’s interests (as well as those of the United States), including during the war against Iran."
