Since the start of Operation “Roaring Lion," Magen David Adom teams have treated 2,223 people, including 1,745 with physical injuries and 478 suffering from anxiety. Nineteen people were killed by missile fire, alongside others injured to varying degrees and thousands more hurt while making their way to protected areas.
