Data from the Shva company shows that since the morning hours, there has been heavy activity in spending and transactions made with debit cards by the Israeli public.
Between 8:00 and 11:00, total spending recorded in the systems reached 369.81 million shekels. This represents a 5.5% increase compared to spending on the eve of Passover last year.
The busiest minute this morning in terms of spending volume was 10:59, with purchases totaling 3.12 million shekels and over 16,000 transactions in that single minute.
