Attempted ramming attack in Samaria; no injuries, attacker neutralized

The IDF spokesperson stated, "IDF forces operating near Tulkarm in the Ephraim Brigade area identified a terrorist who accelerated his vehicle toward the forces in a manner that posed a threat to them. The forces fired at the terrorist and neutralized him. There were no casualties among our forces."
