The Director of the FBI announced that charges have been filed against a brother and sister who planted an explosive device at MacDill Air Force Base in Florida, home to US Central Command and Special Operations Command.
According to the statement, the sister has been arrested and is charged with aiding after the fact and obstruction of justice, while the primary suspect, accused of explosives offenses, has been located in China.
