Magen David Adom reported that following rocket fire toward central Israel, paramedics and EMTs are providing medical treatment to a woman in her 40s in Rishon LeZion.
The woman sustained a head injury after stones that were thrown into the air by the impact struck her head. Her condition is described as moderate.
