Accompanied by a nurse from Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, Penina Cohen, who lost her husband Yossi and her mother-in-law Bluria in the severe incident in Beit Shemesh, left the hospital to attend their funerals.
Cohen was evacuated to the hospital yesterday after sustaining serious injuries in the attack, during which she shielded her son with her body. She underwent surgery overnight.
Upon the conclusion of the funerals, she is expected to return to Hadassah for continued medical treatment.
