Due to Operation Roaring Lion, the Tax Authority today opened the possibility of filing claims for compensation for direct damage in the "fast" track.

As part of this track, it is possible to receive approval for a claim without waiting for an assessor, up to 7 days from the completion of the claim with all its details. The track was opened as stated following the operation and will be closed upon completion. A similar track was opened at the time of Operation Rising Lion.

The track is intended for filing claims for damage to a structure and its contents only in an amount not exceeding 30,000 NIS, for both private and business victims, who meet the definition of "damaged" in the Property Tax Law (the owner of the property or someone who has proven that he is responsible for the costs of restoring the property, the owner of the damaged contents, including a tenant in the property).
