Mayor Moshe Leon announced this morning that as long as Israel is in a state of emergency and until further notice, the municipality will not charge parking fees in regulated parking lots (blue and white). However, drivers are asked to maintain order and safety in public spaces and to refrain from parking illegally.

As of today, the municipality will operate babysitting services for the children of medical staff at Shaare Zedek, Hadassah Mount Scopus and Hadassah Ein Kerem hospitals, as well as for the children of "essential workers," in order to ensure functional continuity in times of emergency. Services will include creative activities, music and quality educational content throughout the day.

The Jerusalem Municipality is also calling on residents to donate blood at the Magen David Adom mobile blood drive that will be located starting this morning in the Safra Square parking lot, on floor -4 to help save lives.
