Dr. Mohamed Hagi, who serves as an adviser to the President of Somaliland and was part of the small circle of officials who advanced the establishment of relations between the countries, will become Somaliland’s first ambassador to Israel.
The Foreign Ministry stated that an Israeli ambassador to Somaliland will be appointed soon.
