Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane dies at 53

American actor Eric Dane, best known for his roles on "Grey's Anatomy" and "Euphoria", died at the age of 53 on Thursday, less than a year after revealing he had amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

Dane is survived by his wife and two daughterrs.
