A Hong Kong court has sentenced British media tycoon Jimmy Lai to 20 years in prison after convicting him of conspiracy to collude with foreign forces and publishing seditious materials. Lai was arrested in 2020 and convicted on three charges.
The sentence was handed down after the conviction was announced on December 15.
