Brother of terrorist caught in stolen vehicle wearing IDF uniform

Officers from the Judea and Samaria District Police and IDF soldiers arrested two Arabs suspected of driving stolen vehicles. One of the suspects is the brother of the terrorist who carried out a deadly attack at the Ofra Junction in 2002.
