Attempted attack: Terrorist arrived at checkpoint, pulled out knife, and was shot

Border Police officers identified a suspect who approached on foot from the direction of Judea and Samaria toward the Tunnels Checkpoint. During a security check conducted at the scene, the suspect presented an ID card and, at a certain point, pulled out a knife. Checkpoint security personnel opened fire at him, and the suspect was neutralized. No Israeli forces were injured.
