An 11-year-old boy was critically injured in a car accident near the town of Rekhasim in northern Israel and was evacuated to Rambam Hospital in Haifa while undergoing resuscitation. Emergency medical technicians from the MDA said, "We saw the boy unconscious, without a pulse and not breathing, with injuries to his upper body. We were told that he was injured in a car accident. We began to provide medical treatment that included performing resuscitation and administering medication and we evacuated him in an ambulance to the hospital in critical condition while performing resuscitation."
