Following clashes between Syrian government forces and the Kurdish SDF forces, a ceasefire was declared, including comprehensive arrangements.
These include the full integration of SDF forces into the Syrian military, the transfer of control over Deir Ezor and Raqqa provinces to the government, the appointment of an al-Sharaa-affiliated governor in Al-Hasakah, and the transfer of oil and gas fields as well as border crossings to Syrian government authority.
