Mordehay Grunberger, a 71-year-old Israeli pastry chef, was killed Friday in a work accident after falling into an industrial kneading machine at the South Florida Kosher Market in Florida.
Local police said the investigation is still ongoing, but at this point, there is no suspicion of criminal activity.
