New Jersey police arrested a 40‑year‑old man suspected of throwing a rock that shattered the window of the Jewish school bus belonging to Yeshivat Noam, causing a skull fracture to an eight‑year‑old girl.
The suspect was located after two days of searching and was charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief, resisting arrest by flight, and hindering.The investigation found that he is connected to additional rock‑throwing incidents in the area, and that there is no suspicion of an antisemitic motive.
