'Justice For Rafael!': Parents break down at sentencing for driver who killed their son

A sentencing hearing was held today at the Petah Tikva Traffic Court in the case of 82-year-old Carol Fessler, convicted of leaving the scene after an accident in which four-year-old Rafael Adna was killed.
