Prosecution seeking 2-4 years prison for woman who killed 4-year-old in hit-and-run

The prosecution is seeking a prison sentence of two to four years for 82-year-old Carol Fessler, who struck four-year-old Rafael Adana in May 2023 and was convicted of leaving him to die after the hit-and-run.
