New South Wales Police Commissioner announced the launch of Operation Arques, a joint counterterrorism operation with other departments in the country to investigate the shooting attack in Sydney. He clarified that no other offenders remain at large. The commissioner also stated that the terrorists were 50 and 20 years old and are father and son. The 50-year-old was eliminated, his son is the hospital.
