PMO: Reports that Netanyahu refused to sign agreement with Syria are 'fake news'

The Prime Minister's Office this afternoon responded to the Saudi media report that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu refused to sign a security agreement that was reached with Syria, calling it "absolute fake news."

According to the Prime Minister's Office, "There were contacts and meetings organized by the US, but no agreements and understandings with Syria were ever reached."
