Bnei Brak kollel student returns hidden 150,000 shekels found in apt. wall

After discovering 150,000 shekels hidden in a wall during renovations, a Slabodka Kollel student sought halachic guidance, leading Rabbi Yehuda Silman to rule the money be returned to the unaware seller.
