Attorney Zion Amir, legal counsel to Justice Minister Yariv Levin, responded on Kan 11 News to the Supreme Court’s decision to disqualify retired judge Yosef Ben Hamo from serving as the official overseeing the investigation into the Military Advocate General affair.
"We are not surprised by the Supreme Court’s decision to disqualify Ben Hamo, the decision was expected. Even if they bring another candidate, they will find a reason to disqualify him," said Attorney Amir.
