Dec 2, 1947: The day the British gave the ok for Arabs to kill Jews

As Arabs rioted in Jerusalem on December 2, 1947, British policemen and soldiers were ordered to stand silently and watch as screaming Arab mobs attacked and killed Jews, and while Jewish stores and homes were looted and set afire. And the only arrests the British made during the December 2 Arab riots were of 16 Jews.
