The Central District Prosecutor’s Office today filed an indictment with the Traffic Court against Mordechai Nagar, a 74-year-old minibus driver, for the negligent homicide of cyclist Avraham Tamno z”l (39).
The fatal accident occurred this past July in Petah Tikva, after the driver made an illegal U-turn from the middle lane while transporting students and without wearing eyeglasses as required by his license.
