The CEO of Hungarian low-cost carrier Wizz Air, József Váradi, is scheduled to arrive in Israel on Thursday for a brief but significant visit, aimed at promoting the company’s plan to establish a base at Ben Gurion Airport.
The visit comes after months of discussions with the Ministry of Transportation and the Civil Aviation Authority.
