New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani said in an interview with NBC that he continues to regard US President Donald Trump as a "fascist and a danger to democracy." He said, "I've said it before and I'm saying it again today."
Along with the harsh criticism, Mamdani noted that he appreciated the conversation he had with Trump, despite their many disagreements and opposing views.
