President Trump’s adviser, Jared Kushner, focused his talks with Prime Minister Netanyahu on Syria and discussed Israel’s concerns regarding a potential security agreement with the country.

According to the Saudi channel Al-Hadath, Netanyahu informed Kushner that Israel is interested in a demilitarized zone in southern Syria and asked him to exert American pressure on Damascus to formulate a security agreement that would pave the way for Syria’s inclusion in the Abraham Accords.
