Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani posted a video on his Instagram account showing him playing basketball alongside Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa and two American officers - CENTCOM Commander Brad Cooper and the commander of the anti-ISIS mission, Kevin Lambert.
