Police arrested 14 supporters of Beitar Jerusalem and Hapoel Tel Aviv on suspicion of involvement in public disturbances during the Toto Cup final held at Sammy Ofer Stadium in Haifa.
According to the allegations, the suspects lit flares, disrupted public order, threw objects at police forces, and interfered with officers in the performance of their duties.
