Japan’s new Prime Minister, Sanae Takaichi, intends to recommend US President Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize, NTV reported, citing sources within the Japanese government. The report stated that Takaichi is making arrangements to inform Trump of her intention.
President Trump is currently on a diplomatic tour of East Asia, with stops in Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea.
