Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Lion celebrated the wedding of his daughter Shirel to Noam Moskowitz, son of Tzur Hadassah Council Head Tomer Moskowitz, at the David Citadel Hotel in Jerusalem.
The wedding ceremony was officiated by the groom’s rabbi, Rabbi Re’em Cohen, spiritual leader of the community of Otniel in southern Mount Hebron.
