An indictment was filed on Tuesday with the Jerusalem District Court against a Border Police officer who shot and killed his friend, Yosef Chaim Rabuch, on the eve of the Sukkot holiday at his home in Kiryat Arba.
According to Kan News, in addition to the charge of negligent homicide of his friend, the officer, whose identity has not yet been released, is accused of ten additional counts, including aggravated assault of a Palestinian.
