Rabbi Leo Dee banned from Temple Mount for three months for wearing tefillin

The Jerusalem District Police Commander has banned the bereaved father and husband, Rabbi Leo Dee, from the Temple Mount for three months for wrapping tefillin at Judaism's holiest site on his wedding day.
