Arab who swore allegiance to ISIS, planned terror attack, is arrested

In a joint operation, ISA and Israel Police recently arrested Najib Diq, 25 years old from Baqa al-Gharbiyye, an Arab who swore allegiance to ISIS and planned a terror attack against Israeli security forces.
