Israeli rescued after being mobbed at Joseph's Tomb

The Civil Administration rescued an Israeli who visited the Tomb of Joseph, was attacked by terrorists, and had his car stolen. From a preliminary investigation, it emerged that his car broke down, and the attack started as he got out and attempted to find help to fix it.
