Abbas mandates PLO parliamentary elections by end of 2025

PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas decrees that elections for the PLO’s legislative body, the Palestinian National Council, be held by the end of 2025. The 350-member council will include representatives from both the homeland and diaspora.
