Hapoel Be'er Sheva was eliminated from the Europa League qualifiers after losing 3-1 in a penalty shootout to Levski Sofia, following a 1-1 draw after 120 minutes.
The team will now move to the Conference League qualifiers, where it will face AEK Athens next week.
