Over 200 killed in unrest in southern Syria, around 20 Druze civilians executed

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the death toll from the unrest in southern Syria has reached approximately 203 people.

The UK-based organization also stated that around 20 Druze civilians were executed.
