Over the past week, Border Police officers arrested over 370 illegal infiltrators and around 60 suspects who aided them. The operations were carried out across all regions of the country under the directive of Border Police Commander, Deputy Commissioner Berik Yitzhak, as part of a concentrated effort to enforce laws against illegal residency.

In the Jerusalem area and the Jerusalem envelope, 135 illegal infiltrators were arrested, along with 27 suspects involved in transporting, housing, or employing them. In other regions—including the North, Center, South, Coastal area, and the Seam Line with Judea and Samaria—an additional 238 illegal residents and 34 suspects were apprehended.
