The Israeli defense establishment detected a rocket launch from Syria toward the Golan Heights last night. According to a report by i24NEWS, the rocket was likely launched from the vicinity of the village of Tasil in the Daraa region. It did not cross the border and landed near communities in the southern Golan Heights.
The IDF believes the launch was carried out by a local terrorist cell operating in the area.
