The Petah Tikva Magistrates Court has extended by five days the detention of the driver suspected of fatally hitting Police Officer Yaniv Elkayim during an operational activity in Netanya.
The decision followed a hearing in which a police representative presented the severity of the investigative findings. The suspect’s detention has been extended until this coming Tuesday.
