The Israel Electric Corporation announced that due to a strike near a strategic infrastructure facility in southern Israel, disruptions have been reported in the power supply to several communities in the area.
Electric Corporation crews are operating on the ground to repair the infrastructure and neutralize safety hazards, in coordination with security forces.
The Corporation stressed that this is a life-threatening situation and warned the public not to approach downed power lines.
Any hazards should be reported to the 103 emergency center or to security forces.
